Molteni Therapeutics Receives CE Mark for Its New light source VULNOLIGHT®

Florence, February 2014

Florence (Italy) – Molteni Therapeutics Srl announced that it received CE Mark* approval for its new light source VULNOLIGHT®. With VULNOLIGHT® the company will start the out-licensing activity of the new, proprietary bi-modal (Light + Photosensitizer) approach of PDT in the field of wound care.VULNOLIGHT® is a LED based light source emitting at 630 nm designed to activating VULNOFAST® plus and enable the physicians with another tools to fight chronic wounds.

* The CE Mark indicates that the product satisfies requirements of EU Directives (EU：The European Union) and all products need to be CE certified to be sold in Europe.
